We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, breaches, or negligence of any such travel providers, or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other losses or damages resulting therefrom. Your use of travel services provided by third parties is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions imposed by those providers. It is your responsibility to review and understand the terms and conditions of any travel provider with whom you choose to book.

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances, such as trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. Wanderlust Escapes is not responsible for any losses or damages that are covered by travel insurance.
